Please read carefully. By purchasing goods from the online shop, you accept these terms and conditions: Puretone may be willing to accept good for return on condition (A) the goods are returned within seven working days of the date of delivery and (B) the goods are returned unused in their original packaging with the packaging undamaged. In order to return a product, a written request (letter or email) must be submitted to us within these 7 days. We recommend you send returns back to us via recorded delivery, as refunds will only be made upon receiving the goods in perfect condition. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen goods during delivery. Puretone Plc will not accept goods for return unless the above conditions are met. Puretone Ltd reserves the right not to accept goods for return at their sole discretion. None of these terms and conditions affect your Statutory Rights. Delivery Policy Puretone offers free delivery on all orders over £25 (UK only), otherwise a fee for post, packaging and handling will be charged. We send all deliveries via 1st class 'Recorded' Post (for UK) and 'Signed For' (for Worldwide), so that all deliveries must be signed for. Larger orders will be dispatched by a receipted courier service. Your delivery will normally be delivered to your door within 2-5 working days, once the payment has cleared. In the case of deliveries outside the UK, postage is calculated by weight of items and is shown at the checkout. Puretone accepts no liability for loss or damage arising to late or non-delivery. Availablity: Placing an order on the Puretone Online Shop does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock. In the case of an item being currently out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise a likely delivery date, or an alternative product.Pricing Prices are listed in £ sterling and are exclusive of post and packaging charges. All prices include VAT at the rate of 17.5%. In the case of orders from outside the UK, VAT is calculated for individual countries, and added or subtracted to the final price at the checkout.
