concerning our login system and use of the professionals
section on www.puretone.net.
If these do not answer your question, then please contact

Q: Who is allowed
access to the Puretone professionals section?
A: Access to the professionals
section is strictly limited to current Puretone account
holders, UK registered hearing aid dispensers, audiological
technicians, and hearing therapists. If you do not fit
this criteria, and still feel you would like access,
then please fill out the create account form and list
your details for us to check.
Q: I already have a normal
account with Puretone, do I need to register for the
professionals section?
A:
Even if you already have a Puretone account
number, you will still need to fill in the create account
form to gain access to the professionals section. Creating
a Puretone professionals account on our website is separate
from a normal Puretone customer account.
Q:
Does signing up for the professionals section give me
a Puretone customer account?
A:
No. Successfully signing up for the professionals section
does not automatically give you a Puretone account number
or make you eligible for credit. Orders can still be
placed on our online trade shop, but orders from
customers without a customer account with us are only
accepted when payment is supplied with the order, i.e.
credit card.
Q: How
long does it take to be granted access to the Professionals
Section?
A:
Once you have filled out the online form,
we will review your details and will normally allow
you access within 10-20 minutes. Outside of office hours,
this may take longer. You will be informed of your successful
account creation by email, which will contain your login
and password details. If you have not received an email
from us within 2-3 days then your request for a professionals
account has not been successful.
Q:
Do I choose my username and password for
the Professionals Section, or does Puretone supply me
with one?
A:
Your choose your own username and password when you fill out the create account form.
Q: I am having problems
logging into the Puretone professionals section, what
should I do?
A: Please check that cookies
and javascript
are enabled in your internet browser, as they are needed
to allow access to be granted. Also, please make sure
that the caps lock is not on when typing your username
or password, as this can also cause problems. If you
